Franchisee, Affiliate & FAST Agreement

Local Computerized Services, LLC has developed a simplified Franchise/Affiliate Agreement for those applying to become a Local Sports History (LSH) franchisee/affiliate.*  We provide all training.  Franchise owners are not employees of LCS.  Local Affiliates are regard as "outside sales" reps (contractors) and are not employees of LCS.  The following agreement applies to franchises, affiliates, FAST franchises (Franchise-Affiliate SpliT).  However, affiliates will not pay the annual franchise fee and receives 50% commission for all sales made.  A franchise retains 100% of all sales and pays a small 1-3% Monthly Gross Sales fee to LCS.


Simplified Agreement

We provide all training.  As a representative for your local community for Local Sports History (LSH), you agree to the following:

  • You agree that you are establishing your own individual enterprise (all Contractors must submit W9 forms).
  • You agree that your enterprise has established a franchise/affiliate relationship with LCS.
  • You agree to provide LCS with "Final" monthly, quarterly, and, annual financials.
  • You agree to provide the monthly and quarterly financials by the 10th of the following month.
  • You agree to a calendar year, and to provide annual financials by the 20th of January.
  • You agree to only use marketing materials approved in advance by LCS.
  • You agree to sell LSH (Local Sports History) services in your assigned local area.
  • You are responsible for your own expenses associated with your business/office.
  • You will follow the training, direction, and guidelines provided by Local Computerized Service (LCS)*.
  • You will accept the direction and development of the assignment/territory issued to you by LCS.
  • You will accept and use your unique "Location/sales Code" on all sales transactions that you make.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that self-guided sales will include your unique "Location/sales Code".
  • You agree to include your "Location/sales Code" on all approved marketing materials.
  • You qualify/available for additional online local community services created by LCS (Franchise Only).
  • You agree to initiate your own PayPal or Stipe account and agree to payments terms with LCS.
  • Your direct sales will go into your payment account and you will make required payments to LCS (Franchise).
  • Any sales payments owed to you by LCS will be made monthly on the 15th and last day, less fees (Affiliates).
  • You will submit a W9 form and receive a 1099 in January of each year for your payments received.
  • You agree to pay LCS a franchise fee of 1-3% of your Gross (top line) Sales, monthly on the 15th (Franchise).
  • Online sales made by the 10th will be paid on the 15th; those made by the 25th are paid on last day.
  • Your direct sales are regarded as commissions paid to you via PayPal (you must complete a W9 to get a 1099).
  • You will assure accurate content of your approved LSH webpage according to LCS standards.
  • You will actively promote your LSH webpage to make sales.  You are responsible for all associated expenses.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
  • You agree not to compete with LCS on this or any other services that it provides.
  • You agree to be as successful as you possibly can in your assigned territory, or you may become disqualified.
