Individual Local Sports "Hall Of Fame" Nomination

This local area sports "Wiki" service is specifically designed for respectful recognition.  The form below is for local residents to submit individual nominations.  If you represent a school, your school must be registered to have your very own local "Hall Of Fame" (click the "Register Your School" button below).  The local "Hall Of Fame" will honor significant contributors of local sports for this town (or city).  Register your local nominee below.  To qualify for the induction selection, each nominee will need a minimum of 3 separate submissions.  The "Selection Committee" is represented by (at large) members of your community that participate in this annual online selection.  Upon your request, you may be considered for the local selection committee. 

For schools, your current school Principal and Athletic Director will oversee your local process.  They may recommend nominees, but will not participate in induction selections.  Results will be tallied up for all online submissions covering the calendar year ending December 31st (click on "HOF Guidelines" below for HOF-LA rules).  The initial top 5 will be your first HOF inductees.  Subsequent years may produce up to 3 new inductees using this online process.
